Flaunt Flat Revolution is a movement focused on raising awareness about aesthetic flat closure as an option post mastectomy. We empower breast cancer patients to understand their options with aesthetic flat closure by providing resources, mentorship, coaching and community to help them determine if aesthetic flat closure post mastectomy is the right choice for them.

About the Founder
Farahana Kassam is a two time breast cancer survivor who opted to stay flat after her recurrence with breast cancer. She received breast cancer and as invitation to begin healing journey from the inside out. "I am a strong believer that unhealed trauma can manifest itself into disease which in essence is a state of dis-ease."
